1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our flowers and guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do everything possible to make it right.

2. Fresh Flower Arrangements

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds:

Please inspect your arrangement upon delivery. If you notice any issues with quality, damaged flowers, or significant deviations from what was ordered, please take photos and contact us immediately.

Within 24 Hours

Quality Concerns

For quality concerns or arrangements that do not meet your expectations, please contact us with photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or credit.

After 24 Hours

Limited Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we typically cannot offer refunds or replacements after 24 hours. However, we review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

3. Plant Returns

For indoor plants and non-perishable items delivered within the United Kingdom, we offer the following return policy:

  • Plants must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition
  • Plants showing signs of neglect or improper care are not eligible for returns
  • Original pots, containers, and packaging must be included
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply

4. Non-Perishable Products

For non-perishable items such as vases, planters, and gift items purchased online or by phone:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

5. Refund Options

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival, etc.) or you are exercising a statutory right to return faulty goods.

9. Special Events and Weddings

For wedding and special event flowers, we have a separate policy:

  • Final designs must be approved in writing at least 14 days before the event
  • Changes after this date are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • Deposits for wedding and event flowers are non-refundable
  • Final balance must be paid 7 days before the event
